I learn so much from you!  You really can put things into perspecitve.
I also remember reading somewhere that in certain parts of the world,
children, especially first born males are breastfed until they are
twelve.

I also remember reading that in certain families, a male heir could NOT
succeed to the throne if he was not breastfed by his birth mother as
opposed to a wet-nurse.  I cannot remember where I read this, maybe "The
Politics of Breastfeeding" or perhaps "Milk, Money and Madness"

If anyone has read the same thing, could you please e-mail me with the
references?  I can't believe that I imagined this all?!?!
