  my vote is with you.... re lc being legally protected... we need,
collectively to approach iblce or possibly ilca about this.....

  ...there are an increasing number of people on the streets who call
themselves lc and DO NOT follow the ilca standards or practice and there is
no recouse for the families who get less than optimal care......
