We bill inpatients using an education code.  It is not specificially covered but 
it does track our expenses and provides information for the hospital when they 
are in contract negotiations with insurance companies.  We gave a 5 level 
charge ranging from a simple check in (no charge) to a level 5 - a very 
involved initial consult. We then have different codes for follow up visits.
