I apologize for using this forum to request help of this sort, but I have
exhausted all other avenues to figure out how to use this system.  I
currently receive "digests" and I do not know how to access the information
listed in each digest.  My educational background lies in nursing and NOT
computers. (obviously!)  Any suggestions would be appreciated.
