    I got a big advertising postcard in the mail today, advertising for a 
Lactation Consultant position in Marrero, Louisiana, USA. (West Jefferson Medical 
Center)This is a first, as usually this type of advertising is for nurse 
recruitment.
    I wonder how many places in the US received this card? And to whom was it 
sent?
    The pay is decent + differential + experience pay.
    This is good news for LCs; that we are perceived as valuable enough to be 
recruited nationally.
