Dear Lactnetters,
    Independence Blue Cross (Philadelphia) now has a "Wellness Catalogue"
that they are advertising heavily.  One ad boasts that "it has healthy stuff
for the kids, like Carnation formula".
   So we have a large insurance company touting the fact that they discount
formula in their catalogue promoting wellness.  Blech!  Who do I call?  What
do we do?  (BTW, they also sell PNSs at the 10% below sugg. retail)
