Leanne and colleagues,

I'm happy to answer this question.  There is no Nestle connection to the 
Ameda/Evenflo deal.  Evenflo is owned by a privately held company with 
no ties to Nestle. You can be sure that Marsha Walker and I would not be 
involved if Nestle were a party to this. 

I would appreciate it if you would share with me whatever information 
you have that led you to ask about this.
