Hello. I would like to remind people to please *not* attach files to their
lactnet messages. These long files may be readable by some, but for
instance, attached files often come through as page after page of unreadable
gobbledy gook ....

Thanks. If you have long messages, please split them up into separate files,
and send them through with appropriate subject headers, ie : NIPPLE
