I happen to have a whole packet of info on thrush that I regularly lend out
to mothers. It contains:

1. The LC pamphlet on Candidiasis from LLLI
2. A copy of Leaven with Karen Zeretzke's article, excellent.
3. Jack Newman's articles on sore nipples and their treatment
4. Jack Newman's internet article on sore nipples
5. "  " Gentian Violet instruction sheet
6. A handout, 6 pages, that I have written myself for these cases.

This is the packet that gets the most use at my office.
