Doesn't hurt at all, or mine didn't.  Only the sharp pain of the needle 
going in, like any other injection.  Then they draw back the plunger, 
and take yoghurt out of your breast!  Very bizarre.

The test used to determine if mine was a milk filled cyst, or something 
more troublesome, was an ultrasound, to see if the lump had blood flow.  
When it did, they simply put the needle in, and drained off the 
collected milk.

I was sent to the breast cancer unit, who deal with it a lot.  Hope this
