Can anyone tell me how to do the castor oil compress? I had a run on moms  
yesterday who all c/o varios forms of plugged ducts. I have tried the 
archives  and did find one "recipe" for it : soaking a washcloth with the castor 
oil,  warming in microwave and then applying to breasts with a towel over it. 
Nothing  was said about how long to leave it there or how often to use it. 
I remember  seeing other posts about it but I can't seem to pull it up from 
the  archives.
