Dear June,
Can't say that I "specialize" in working with women with breast implants,
but have a lot of experience here in sunny Florida.  Where is her incision
scar?  Under the muscle or over?  Nipple sensation changes since surgery?
Breast change during pregnancy?  History of breast/chest excluding the
implant surgery?  Depending on the surgical procedure, outcome is diverse.
I've worked with tons of mothers making lots and lots of milk providing
basic management was followed correctly.  Also, don't forget to inquire
about her decision for implants.  Did she have significant asymmetry or
tubular breasts?  We cannot assume that it was only implants to be a larger
size.
