Dear Robyn and Anne,

Thanks for the additional info on ultrasound and epsoms salts.  But a
clarification, please.  You suggested 2 heaped tablespoons in 1-2 pints (or 4-5
litres) of water.  I thought that 2 pints = 1 litre (roughly).  So, was this a
typo or is Australian measurement different than this?  Thanks in advance!
