No, thank goodness. Please don't send it, Deanne, because if you make this
error it detracts from your very good points.

Free formula is not allowed in Britain or anywhere in the European Union,
and has not been for many years.

We do not have the WHO code backed up by law, but we do have certain
aspects of it. Free formula and the advertising of formula direct to
mothers is illegal.
