I ran a yahoogroups search on extended breastfeeding.   here are the results:

Hopefully this mom will find some comraderie here, in fact I  may join one 
myself :)  If for some reason the link doesn't work, have her  go to Yahoogroups 
and type in "extended breastfeeding" as her search and several  email groups 
will pop up for her to choose from.  I belong to several yahoo  groups and 
love the friendship and support they supply.
