Hi, all,
        While researching for a panel on allergies I presented this past
summer, I discovered that caffeine has a *half life* and a newborn could
take 60-230 hours (2 1/2 to 9 1/2 ***days***  to excrete the first half
of caffeine he received in his mothers milk.  Yeek!  By 6 months, infants
process caffeine more like adults, the first half being gone in a matter
of hours (3 1/2 h  was the figure given)!
