Right on Dr. Julius.  Breastfeeding is not just a local issue.  It is
a global one.  Too bad so many other physicians do not realize that.
"Breastfeeding is fine for the third world, but here we don't really
need it".  They forget that what is done in the US and Europe
influences what happens in the "third world", because the affluent
there want to be just like us.

Formula companies have a supple approach to the truth.  If you trust
what they say, you will get burned.
