Barbara,
To me, it appears that the judge is asking you to act as an advocate for
the breastfeeding couplet, especially since mom is not being
investigated about her parenting.  She may be desperately hoping for you
to give her an "out" with DDS so other options can be considered rather
than separating the mom and baby.
Given the known dangers of ABM, a case could be made that DDS would be
endangering the baby with this action. :0)
