My four year old son is in speech therapy and I was recently talking to his
therapist about my lactation work.  She recommended a book to me: "Pediatric
Swallowing and Feeding: Assessment and Management" by Joan Arvedson, PhD and
Linda Brodsky, MD.  (1999, Early Childhood Intervention Series, Singular
Publishing Co.)
I only got a chance to glance at it, but did see a section recommending bf
for cleft palate babies and showing cup feeding and the Haberman feeder.
Anybody familiar with this book?  Do you recommend it?
