I just got off the phone with a Kevin, at FAO Schwartz.  He assured me 
that this was an employee who obviously had not listened in training and 
that the information was in the hands of the coorperate manager of human 
resources, who would handle it personally.  They knew who the employee 
was, and Kevin seemed very much aware of the law of NY and assured me 
this would be handled. He said something about retraining all employees 
on ths matter.   He took my number and said the other manager would 
contact me.
