About 3 years ago there was a fabulous range of Zapf soft 15 inch dolls with
different expressions. One had a yawn that was the most perfect latching on
mouth, complete with tongue forward and lips rolled out. I have tried to
find more since but their ranges always seem to be limited with a finite run
time. They came dressed in a cotton jumpsuit with white bib attached, and a
cotton hat.  (and it was one of the few dolls in the range to not be sold
with dummies or bottles)
I have just emailed Zapf to find out if it is still being produced.
