Isn't it??

Understandable you didn't want to probe, Jan....my guess for the
reason would be a distaste for handling something 'yukky' like
someone else's breastmilk, which she would have to do (as opposed to
circumstances surrounding the mix up of breastmilk where the handling
is done by someone else), and also a recognition that giving
breastmilk is to make a real, living connection with the baby....much
more personal than 'merely' housing it in utero.

I know I am always non-judgemental blah blah blah, but don't we come
across some strange reactions in our field? These strange reactions
are always seen and felt as normal by the people who have 'em!!  They
think *we* are the weirdos, can you believe it?!  ; )
