A wonderful physician (now deceased) would casually say, at the point in 
the intake physical when he did the breast exam instruction, "You have 
perfect breasts for breastfeeding."  He would say this to every woman, 
regardless of her age, the features of her breasts/nipples, or her 
childbearing status or plans.  He never did any other breastfeeding 
instruction, but I am sure it impacted many young women.
