I saw a women this week with c/o "hot, inflammed breast tissue" that gets
worse in the evening.  She was wearing a sports bra because her breasts hurt
so much.  She is 5 months pregnant.  She stated that she has always had
"raging hormones" since starting her period years ago.  On exam, her breasts
looked like she had plugged ducts with the same area on both breasts involved
(red and inflamed).  She states she has been leaking alot of "fluid" from her
nipples for a month (colostrum I presume).  Anyone else ever seen plugged
ducts during pregnancy?  No fever whatsoever.  You may email me privately at
