From Tom Hale, his post to the net on February 20, re paroxetine (Paxil):

"A short letter to the editor last month reviews the breast milk level of paroxetine (paxil) in one patient at steady state. Source = Spigset et.al., J. Clin Psy. 57:1, p. 39, 1996.

"The concentration of paroxetine in milk, obtained 4 hours after the dose (20 mg. day) was 23 nmol/L(7.6 ug/l). This is a milk:plasma ratio of about 0.09. Daily dose to infant would be approximately 1.14 ug/Kg body weight, or about 0.34% of the maternal dose, exceptionally low."
