I've searched the archives on this but don't see a definitive answer though
it's come up several times.

May an infant undergoing a bone marrow transplant receive breastmilk?  Or
will the living cells in it cause problems.  Could banked milk (and thus
pasteurized) be used?  What about arranging for pasteurization of mom's own
milk?  Or is fresh breastmilk acceptable?  Anyone know of a sensible
real-world protocol rather than a guess?
