the 2 things that come to mind are:
1. child uses rt breast most, therefore left one is really involuting, with
increased sodium, decreased lactose, salty taste less sweet; i think this is
right. many older nurslings have a preference for one side and wean to one
side only.
2. breast cancer to be ruled out
