Hello,

I am fascinated by the positive comments that I regularly hear from Lactnetters about the effectiveness of CST/body work in promoting a baby's ability to effectively breastfeed.  Unfortunately to my knowledge there are no practitioners available in my immediate area.  I am interested in learning more and am hoping for feedback.  Is the technique evidence based?  Are there different methods?  Any recommendations for training?

Thanks for any input!

Take care,

Amy
