During the  Wolf and Glass conference last year, I believe it was, they 
recommended  using a nipple shield at the breast with a #5 French feeding 
tube threaded  between the shield and the breast.


 
I ordered a box of these from our local pharmacy and was disappointed at  how 
short they are. Apparently they come in more than one length, and the short  
ones are very hard to work with.  What are the size/length specs you  all ask 
for when ordering?
