Please hold off on doing anything!  This was done in innocence in ILCA's
early days -- when we realized what a can of worms it opened, the policy was made.
 But of course, MJ is still reaping the "benefits" of that early on faux pas.
 It WAS done, and ILCA can't exactly say, "Oh gee, we've changed our minds".
MJ isn't exactly saying that this was done in 1990 (or whatever) and they no
longer endorse or anything else....

See my several posts on this....(the problem w/ digests is that the response
doesn't get out quite as quickly as one might like!)
