Yes, be happy thru the clenched teeth :) . And no, it's not a full moon only
a "half moon" right now. Having a positive experience w/ you on the phone
may get them to you sooner w/ next baby or they will refer a friend to you.
This is really a great opportunity, altho yes very frustrating. What you
could do is really use that as a teachable moment and f/u with sending them
something pertinent to their question in the mail. I do that all the time.
Then they have some good stuff to read and your card or flyer or brochure.

I wonder about the formula questions too but I think it says alot for our
credibility and trust in us. They are choosing to call the LC or the bf
program over their pedi or other hcp (like nurse or midwife or whatever).
Keep up the good work. PS Where are you in the deep south? I'm in a suburb
of New Orleans.
