I stand corrected. I just looked at a couple online "materia medica" sites
and did find milk thistle cited as sometimes used to increase milk
production. I couldn't find any recommended dosage, for use as a
galactagogue, but I would suggest the same dosage as one would use for
blessed thistle. One site recommends up to 4 capsules, 3 times a day. As far
as a tincture, I would suggest 30-60 drops, up to 4 times/day.
