Don Creevy, MD was the co-author with Henci Goer on
"Obstetric Myths vs Research Realities".  He is an OB
in the San Francisco Bay Area- ran a birthing center
out of Stanford along with Suzanne Arms.  I saw him
during a year I spent there and he repaired the damage
from my second birth when I shouldn't have gotten into
the "birthing bed" but remained squatting.
