How can they be so certain it was from breastfeeding!?  Why couldn't
baby have gotten it the same way Mom did?  Didn't the dad hold and
cuddle the baby?  Are they assuming because it was on baby's face
and tongue that it had to come from feeding?  What if baby had
contacted it on its hands or clothing and then sucked on same?  Was
the mother's case "further along" than baby's which would hint at
baby being exposed later than mom?
Breastfeeding is definitely a possibility, but it bugs me that this
seems to have been assumed immediately to be the source!  I'm
wondering how serious baby's case was.  If babe and mom were exposed
at the same time, did mom's body have enough time to get antibodies
to baby to help fight it off or reduce the severity?  Let's (the
"us" being society in general) use this unfortunate case to learn
from, not as another reason to cast doubt on breastfeeding.
