Breast milk does not thicken easily!  Get the ties done immediately.  The 
reason the baby is aspirating is probably because of the ties!  The reason 
the aspiration hasn't caused a problem is because what he is aspirating 
isn't irritating the lungs.  Different story if it was formula.  Pat  in SNJ
