I know this has been covered before, fairly recently - but I can't find it
in the archives (I guess I'm not using the right search criteria)

There is an "order of preference" in infant feeding starting with direct
breastfeeding and ending with infant formula, with 4 steps I think?

Can anybody point me in the right direction for the exact wording and/or
origin of this?
