Yesterday it was explained to me that when a premie comes off reglan it is ok and/or preferable to thicken feeds with rice cereal. Feeds are fortified mother's own milk or formula. My gut was screaming no,  but I couldn't get calm words out so I wrote myself a note to inquire of the wise ones: since when? Based on what research? Do parents need to consent? You know, all the logical questions. Thanks in advance!
