Hi. When we get someone who refuses help because they can't afford
paying  (fee is very minimal), I get a doctor's order, have them
register with outpatient, and we bill their insurance. We do not always
get much reimbursement, but have gotten some. I also have allowed small
monthly payments (again fee is very minimal and most can afford)
