It is possible her exercise has simply increased her own body's fluid
requirements (as exercise will do) and has cut into her available fluid
levels from which she makes milk. Have her drink as much as necessary to
(here's the objective evidence of adequate fluid levels for normal
circumstances) urinate every 2 hours. Let her own kidneys decide when
there is excess fluid in her body. Living in exercise-conscious Southern
California, this has come up many times in my LC practice - the women
often reported a urination pattern that, although not abnormal,
indicated borderline adequate fluids for producing adequate milk
supplies. It's an easy place to start anyway.
