Dear Laura,
Yes, I believe that all of the yeasts in this case are related.
Kay Hoovers yeast information packet states that all humans and pets in
the household need to be treated at the same time.

The most stubborn case of yeast that I ever worked with was about
a year ago--came up right before the ILCA conference last summer. We
treated mom, baby, husband and dog, as well as all surfaces in the
house. Most of that should be in the archives.

I am not sure that you can overtreat the house and it's contents
for yeast. Vinegar everything down, use paper towels for about
everything, and treat all humans and animals at the same time.

Any questions, you can e-mail me privately.
