Hello everyone,

I am trying to find any recent information about prenatal breast shell use for 
flat and inverted nipples. Have there been any trials/studies in recent years on 
their effectiveness or risk? I am also wondering about Hoffmann technique - I 
thought that it had been found to be ineffective and even risky, but find the 
technique being recommended. Can anyone point me in the right direction? I 
know this topic has been talked about a lot here, but the last archive is nearly 
4 years old.
