while I appreciate what you are saying here, might I
suggest using earth friendly terminology to make these
analogies?   I rode my bike to work for more than a
dozen years and enjoyed it; I don't really like having
to get in my Volvo every day and would likely be
offended if someone  made that analogy.  Maybe a kid's
tricylce vs. a nice new commuting bike?  or a Yugo vs
the Mercedes?

one of the many reasons breastfeeding is important is
because of it's short and long term impacts on our
planet's health.   Oh, and biking to work is generally
healthier than driving, at least where I live.  :-)
