Gee, I wonder if she thought, when she graduated medical school, she's 
be pimping for the formula industry, without her consent?  But then 
again,  she HAS given her consent by going along with this scheme.  I 
guess saying "I refuse to be manipulated by a crass commercial ploy to 
rope me into pushing formula"  doesn't occur to her? 

Well, just as long as we're not talking about something really BAD like 
cigarettes.....
