Babywise is also gaining in popularity here.  I explain to moms that it's
the routine (feed/wake/sleep) that's important, not the time intervals.
If they're really set on a "schedule" thing, then I suggest they make it a
1-1/2 to 2 hr "schedule", for the purposes of building and establishing
their milk supply.  Ezzo isn't (I don't think) a pediatrician, and his
co-author doesn't know much about breastfeeding!  I'm a little more
diplomatic about it when talking to moms.
