My personal ethical standard is providing excellent service every time. 
Meaning highest quality of help, written and verbal information, 
communication with HCP, and follow up. I want mom to feel my 
consultation was the best information or help she could have received 
and if I can not solve the problem, at least I can point her in the 
right direction to get appropriate assessment (medical, physical 
therapy, chiropractic, etc.).
