The following is info from the maker of the doll which describes the doll and also has
her website so you can see the doll. I think its a super idea :)

>>>The doll is about 19-20 inches long.  The baby is about eight inches
long.  Mama comes in a sensible skirt and blouse which has either snaps or
velcro to unfastin for nursing.  The mamas nipples are velcro and the baby's
mouth is also velcro, it sounds painful but actually mamas nipples are quite
tough ;)

These dolls are soft and are patterned after a typical ragdoll.  The mama
also has velcro on her hands so she can hold baby in place.

You can choose skin color ( white/beige, light cocoa and dark cocoa) we have
Asian mamas with almond shaped eyes, you can choose eye color, brown, blue,
black, green, and hair color, blonde, black, brown,red, dreadlocks, long
hair, shorter hair in a pony tail.  We also have tandem nursers availible,
either older nursling and younger nursling or twins.
