Hi All,
I believe that this is a case of the mini-pill causing a crash in the milk
supply.  Although most Dr's believe that this is not possible, I have seen it
countless numbers of times.  Several times, moms go on the mini-pill or Depo,
and their supply totally crashes.  The only way they can get their supply
back is to quit all hormonal BC and pump and BF like crazy.  Sometimes the
moms I have worked with can get their supply back with a few weeks, others
have never been able to get their supply back to full strength.  I think it
is an "every mom is different" type of thing.

I suggest to my clients that they use other forms of BC and use hormonals as
a LAST resort, and if thier Drs try to force it on them or use a lot of
pressure, get another Dr!
