I'm helping a mom who is nursing a very active 15-month-old. They are
co-sleeping and have always nursed "on-demand". The mom is starting
to feel very exhausted from the night-time nursings, the child wakes
often and nurses very actively - mom hasn't been getting much sleep.
She would like to continue nursing a couple of times a day, but is feeling
like she can no longer handle the marathon sessions at night. I told her I
would post and pass words of wisdom on to her. Thanks. PS. She has
a copy of The Nursing Mothers' Guide to Weaning and is going to look for
a copy of Mothering Your Nursing Toddler today - any other
suggestions? TIA - Debi
