Excellent demo idea.  I saw another one a number of years ago that
makes a similar point.  You take a spray bottle like might be used
to moisten laundry before ironing (does anyone iron any more?) or
with a cleaning fluid of some kind.  Of course, you would want a
clean new one.  Fill it with water and ask each participant to first
set it on "stream" and spray it into their mouth.  Then set it to
"spray" and do the same.  Of course, the stream is much harder to
handle than the spray.  Then you point out that the stream is like
what baby experiences with a bottle and the spray is more like it
feels to get milk at the breast.
