Anesthesiologists do NOT consider human milk a clear fluid.

The 3-hour guideline deal is very debatable in the professional
literature, both in the US and in Great Britain (and probably
elsewhere.) I have a current bibliography and would be happy to share
it with you if you private e-mail me with your snail-mail address.
